    The Building Services Maintenance department was set up in 2000 as a response to the volume of enquires about small ad-hoc repair jobs and maintenance services after the handover of the refurbishment/fit out projects.

  • Today.

    Today the department provides planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services in mechanical, electrical and public heath areas for commercial customers occupying office type of buildings in the Greater London area with a 24/7 emergency call out facility for the contracted customers guaranteeing a 4 hour response time.

  • Tomorrow.

    The services are carried out by directly employed multi-skilled mobile engineers and by a range of subcontractors. The operations management of Kentex Maintenance division is not aimed at gaining temporary competitive advantage, but focused on satisfying their customers’ needs whose demand created the department in the first place and their continued custom will guide and shape the department’s operation towards the future.
