With expansion of Kentex's range of services and the client base, Kentex Maintenance was set up to provide a follow-up service to clients on completion of design & build projects. Moreover, the division will also offer a personalised service to you if you do not require a full design and build package.

Providing you with one point of contact for daily maintenance and small installation projects, the maintenance division have mobile engineers with fully equipped vehicles for fast response to breakdowns of plant or failure of power supplies etc.

Some clients feel that a contractor who has completed a major office fit-out may not have suitable resources to attend to minor work requirements. This often leads to the use of smaller contractors in the search for a more personalised service but this can create confusion as record drawings are not updated and standards of installation are not monitored.

By using our site records we are able to survey, cost and complete small modifications in a short space of time, with minimal disruption to your business. There is also the advantage of one point of contact for electrical, mechanical and IT requirements.

The division also has access to our design and labour resources for ongoing installation projects. With the fast expansion of companies and diversification of services offered, a completed office layout may often need to be updated.
